Hello our fellow M4S Comrades!
Team UQ has had another busy (and terribly wet) week campaigning for M4S and spreading the good news about TIME magazine. The week kicked off like it usually does with TIME posters and brochure holders being plastered any surface we could. It appears that we’ve figured out the best places to poster so that our beautiful arrangements can remain pristine and predominantly untouched (save for a few tags being taken by interested students and faculty!)
Whiteboarding has also proved to be of great success with our cleverly placed displays being seen by many throughout the week. Some students have even come up to us and asked for more information about the company after stating that they’ve seen the whiteboarding. However, the best highlights of the week definitely come from the lunchtimes that we’ve been interacting with students about the brand.
Although the persistent rain on Wednesday foiled our plans to have a M4S folder stacking competition at the Grassy Knoll, we were still able to visit the main refectories and spread the news of M4S. We seemed to get many interested responses, with a hand full of people quite certain that they want to start magazine subscriptions to their favourite magazines. One particular person who had been tossing up whether or not to subscribe to his favourite health magazine actually said that our little “sales pitch” had him convinced that he should start ASAP! A line that would warm the heart of any M4S ambassador.
Fingers crossed that the weather clears up for us next week for us to hold our stacking activity!
