M4S UOW Campaign

Hi there everyone!

I began this week by attending the training day at SSA office with Un-Ai in Sydney! The training day was a great opportunity to meet my fellow M4S campaigners and bounce awesome ideas off one another.

After the training day I have begun compiling a list of previous clubs and societies at UOW campus which I have had previous experience with. I have started contacting these clubs and societies to let them know what we are about and to organise if it is possible to use their mailing list to reach large numbers of students.

Next week I will be getting into the full swing of UOW's M4S campaign by contacting various faculties to gain permission to poster (always a tricky area with UOW campus), chalking around campus and also doing some random 'roaming' campus marketing during my free time!

I will also be attempting to organise a market stall for week 2 where I will be able to speak with students, my plan is to make a "photo booth" type experience for students who come to the M4S stall whereby they wear a gorilla mask to indicate pre subscription to The Economist and an awesome photo of their own face post subscription!

Only a short post this week as I am still in the process of coordinating how my marketing campaign is going to happen at UOW - stay tuned for next week where I will be able to post some fabulous photos and let you all know how my campaign is developing :)
