M4S ANU Week 3

 Hey guys!

This week I was lucky enough to snag the best poster spaces in Union Court right after they been cleared - hooray! I am also happy to report that they are still going strong after 5 days, even with the occasional storm this week!

After covering the uni in posters, I set out on Tuesday to re-fill all the brochure holders that have gone empty in the past week - which was quite a few! - and put up a few more around the College of Business & Economics (CBE). I also did some chalking on the steps to the bbq area in Copeland Courtyard (near the CBE) where the Institute of Chartered Accountants were having a bbq for Accounting students later in the day.

On Wednesday, I had my first lecture announcement! I was pretty nervous going in there, but luckily I had a good crowd and once I got started, it wasn't so bad!
On Thursday, I replenished my stocks of chalk and went out to get magazines4students stuck in people's heads with chalk drawings and whiteboard messages around campus. I have found over the campaign so far that this is by far the most effective way to get people's attention - they want to know what you're doing! It's also great to have the opportunity to get creative! I also gave out a heap of folders in Manning Clarke Centre (where heaps of lectures are held) which were extremely popular.
Today, I have been to the Tertiary to Work Career's Fair held for ANU and UC students at the National Convention Centre in Canberra. I took a heap of folders with me and walked around handing them out in my bright blue M4S T-Shirt.

Hope everyone else is having a successful campaign!

Amie :-)
